Much of our life's programming comes from the deep connection between words, feelings, and our breath. Cleansing these feelings so they harmonize into a perception of love is the key to a happy, centered, and abundant life.

Sometimes, pain cannot be rationalized. We cannot always make sense of the actions taken toward us that cause our emotional suffering. Deep wounds from experiences like gaslighting, trauma, extreme isolation, injustice, homelessness, and divorce can ache within us. This is our shadow—the broken, disassociated aspect of ourselves that separates us from the feeling of love.
