"If I said that feeling love was as simple as breathing would you do it?"

In life we cannot always protect ourselves from moments that will feel to challenge us emotionally. Our emotions is what houses our feelings. So if our emotions are imbalanced, so is our feeling for life. Mostly what programs us in life is the association between words, feelings, and breath. Cleansing feelings so they harmonize into a perception of love is key to a happy, centered, abundant life. Sometimes we cannot rationalize pain. We are not able to rationalize the actions taken towards us that creates our emotional pain.

 

Experiences such as gaslighting, trauma, extreme isolation, injustice, homelessness, divorce and a multitude of other experiences can ache within us. This is our shadow. The broken, disassociated, aspect of us that separates us from the feeling of love.
